BOOKING GUIDANCE POLICY
At Leeds DA we do our very best to make camping with us as simple as possible.
However, it is inevitable that new members or members who haven't camped with us before may not fully understand how we operate, especially as every DA has its own way of doing things.
So to try and make things as clear as possible we've created a traffic light system for our sites which aims to easily tell you about our bookings policies. Please read them carefully and if you have any questions please use the live chat feature below.
We prefer you to book your pitch in advance or on the day of arrival as this not only guarantees your pitch it also helps us reduce cash on site.
These sites should have enough space to accommodate expected numbers. But we can't guarantee you a pitch without a booking.
You can turn up and pay cash on arrival. However, we prefer you call the steward before you leave home to check availability or you can use the booking system to book online on the day before you depart.
A booking is advised to guarantee you do not get turned away on arrival but is not mandatory.
Space may be limited on these sites and/or we are expecting a high number of bookings due to popularity.
You can turn up and pay cash on arrival. However, we require you call the steward before you leave home to check availability or you can use the booking system to book online on the day before you depart.
Booking is mandatory to attend these sites.
BOOKED ONLY sites are usually for special events or very small sites where we have to limit the number of pitches or people on the site.
You will be turned away from the site if you do not have a booking. There are no exceptions.
This is an event and booking is mandatory to attend.
If camping is available, the appropriate label will be displayed alongside as shown below. Usually the event and caping are booked seperately.
