Before completing the booking form please take a moment to read this important information.

  • If you’re not already a member, please join The Camping and Caravanning Club. You can join here - we kindly ask you to fill in friend recommended with the following details - Chris Hallsworth, Membership 720113 and select camping vouchers. These vouchers will be donated to the D.A. to use as raffle prizes etc.

  • Each unit must have an individual booking, however pitches can be saved on arrival at site where practical and at the stewards discretion.

  • Payment in full will be required via PayPal to secure booking for any of the selected meets below. 

  • Own sanitation is essential, clean water and elsan is available on all of our sites. Pop up sites all have rubbish bins (Weekend meets require you to take your rubbish home with you)

  • You should arrive 4pm onwards for Pop Up Sites unless otherwise specified closer to the time. Sometimes meets will open earlier, the best place to find out this information is the Facebook group.

  • On arrival on site stop at the stewards unit for check in and most of all, enjoy your stay. If in the unlikely event a site has to be cancelled, a 3% deduction will be made from your refund to cover PayPal fees.

  • Under 18’s and pets are free and you are permitted as many as you can fit in your unit whilst observing Government Guidelines).  The first 2 adults in a unit are included in the pitch fee. For each additional adult there will be an extra cost of £3.00 per night. ALL party members aged 18 or over must be members of the CCC.

  • Please be aware refunds will only be given in accordance with Green Paper 3.1(v7). Stewards will not have the ability to authorise or issue refunds and all refund requests should be sent to

If the meet you want to book is not here, booking either hasn't opened yet or has closed prior to the site opening.


If the meet has already opened then booking will be closed, you may call the steward up until the morning of travel to check availability.


Before clicking submit, please check that you have completed all fields and check all your information is correct.


We will not be able to process your booking if any information is missing. Please ensure you select the correct dates for your booking.

Please only submit one form per booking.
