Sadly, following discussions with our incredibly supportive landowner, who has tried his hardest to prepare the field, we have been forced to make the very difficult decision to cancel this year's Bogie Meet. We know this will cause a lot of disappointment, but the safety and well-being of our campers, volunteers and stall holders must come first. We will be issuing refunds in due course. We’re looking into how to bulk refund to all parties we will update asap.

We are sorry to have to inform our lovely members that due to logistical/mechanical issues, which we have been trying to resolve, we have to delay opening this site! The site was due to open on the 4th but will now open on the 10th. Apologies for any inconvenience.
